At the Incheba Expo Bratislava exhibition grounds, on September 19–20, 2025, the Days of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic took place, bringing a rich program for the general public. One of its highlights was the attractive Rescue Contest – competition in rescuing injured persons from crashed vehicles – a dynamic and in certain aspects demanding event, simulating real-life interventions during traffic accidents.
The event tested not only the skill and speed of firefighting teams but also the readiness of equipment, which in crisis situations determines success or failure.
3MON and WEBER Rescue Systems in Action
Our company 3MON was also present at this prestigious event, showcasing its products right at the heart of the action and providing top-class hydraulic tools WEBER Rescue Systems to the firefighter team from Nitra. These proven tools, designed for interventions where speed and precision are key, proved to be a crucial support – thanks to them, the Nitra firefighters managed demanding tasks with an excellent time of 18:09 minutes and with a significant points lead (477 points) became the Slovak Republic champions in rescuing injured persons from crashed vehicles.
Second place went to firefighters from OR HaZZ Lučenec with a time of 19:19 minutes and 380 points, while third place was taken by firefighters from OR HaZZ Košice, who completed the competition in 18:37 minutes with 327 points. The considerable difference in the point evaluation only confirmed that the top-class WEBER Rescue Systems equipment was a strong competitive advantage for the victorious Nitra team.
Modern Technology as the Basis of Success
The hydraulic tools WEBER combine performance, reliability, and quick readiness for use. Under the challenging conditions of the competition, they proved to be the key factor that allowed teams to safely and effectively rescue an injured person from a crashed vehicle.

As part of the showcase during the Days of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic, there was also an opportunity to see modern equipment used by firefighters. In addition to hydraulic tools, visitors could see electric robots, bambi buckets, Fireflex tanks, and containers with firefighting equipment – all products from the portfolio of 3MON, which are already actively used by rescue units during interventions.
