Why an Occupational Health Service (OHS)?

The Occupational Health Service (OHS) is an essential part of ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
Working together with employers, it helps them fulfill legal obligations in the field of occupational health protection.

It contributes to the prevention of occupational diseases, eliminates harmful work environment factors, and proposes effective solutions for creating a safe and healthy workplace.

Our Services:

Workplace Audits, Risk Factor Identification, and Risk Assessment

We perform comprehensive workplace audits to identify and evaluate risk factors in the work environment and their potential effects on employees’ health. Based on audit results, we propose measures to eliminate or reduce risks, contributing to a safer and healthier workplace.

Objectification and Evaluation of Factors

We measure and assess environmental factors such as noise, dust, lighting, and microclimate. We provide accurate data for job categorization, determining health risks, and proposing suitable preventive measures.

Proposals for Preventive and Risk-Reduction Measures

Based on the assessment of health risks in the workplace, we propose specific preventive measures (technical, technological, or organizational) to help effectively prevent occupational diseases.

Supervision and Monitoring of Working Conditions

We ensure regular inspections of working conditions at set intervals and whenever conditions change. By identifying health risks at workplaces, we help keep the environment in compliance with legislative requirements and protect employees’ health.

Employee Training and Education

We organize first aid training and operational safety instruction to increase employees’ awareness of occupational health and safety. We also support adherence to safe working procedures and preventive measures.

Documentation and Operational Regulations

We prepare and update OHS documentation and operational procedures in accordance with current legislation, in cooperation with employers or during the creation of internal company policies. Proper documentation ensures transparency, control, and effective management of workplace safety.

We provide expert consultations and long-term cooperation in the development and implementation of occupational health protection systems. Our goal is to be a reliable partner to employers in preventing occupational diseases and health damage caused by exposure to workplace factors.
