On Saturday, November 15, 2025, hundreds of people gathered in the historical New Synagogue in Žilina to experience a day full of inspiration, stories, and energy. This year’s EPIC Speak 2025 was more than just a conference. It was the result of work, passion, and the hearts of people who believe that stories have the power to change the world.
Behind all of this stands Annie – the woman who, besides organizing the conference, poured her soul into it. And at 3MON, we feel close to human stories. That’s why Annie led us through EPIC training, which shaped us internally, and it was more than natural for us to stand by her side in Žilina as the main general partner.
EPIC Speak 2025 created a space where people met to grow, share experiences, and help each other move forward.

EPIC Speak is built on people. It is a conference where there is no room for perfectionism, but rather for openness and authenticity. A space full of inspiring speeches and real-life stories:

Among all speeches, the space was filled with an atmosphere of respect, support, and collaboration.

One of the most powerful moments of the entire conference was the talk delivered by our CEO, Simona Kalinovská.
Her speech was honest and personal. She talked about experiences that shaped her and, above all, emphasized that “Work that makes sense gives energy to do great things.”
She left the audience with thoughts she carries herself and which have helped her find the right direction whenever needed:

Our booth was full of life all day long. Drinks were being mixed, and the game was enjoyed by speakers, visitors, and organizers alike.
