He works as a safety engineer and fire engineer, focusing on ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in the area of occupational health and safety (OHS) and fire protection (FP). As part of his duties, he prepares and regularly updates the relevant documentation, inspects workplaces, technical equipment, and escape routes.
He is also responsible for employee training, particularly in the areas of occupational safety, fire protection, and first aid. He is actively involved in identifying risks in the workplace and proposes preventive measures to reduce accidents and fire hazards.
They work with company management to set safety standards and communicate with regulatory bodies such as the Labor Inspectorate and the Fire and Rescue Service. They monitor legislative changes and ensure their timely implementation.
